My online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I feel compelled to share this as a warning. I was ripped off for express shipping – don't bother paying for it, as you'll still wait weeks. Their customer service is truly the worst I've ever experienced; reaching anyone for actual help felt impossible. This left me incredibly frustrated, especially when trying to address issues like the incorrect bifocal height on my new glasses.
Customer: I paid for express shipping, and my glasses still took weeks to arrive. I feel completely ripped off; what was the point of paying extra for something that barely made a two-day difference? CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the significant delay you experienced with your express shipping order. That is certainly not the service level we aim for. Customer: And it's impossible to get help! I tried chat, email, calling, and you can't reach a human. I also need to discuss the bifocal height on my new glasses; it's too low, making them difficult to use properly. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with our support channels, and I'm very sorry for the difficulty you faced. I can certainly help you now regarding the bifocal height. Can you provide your order number? Customer: It's [Order Number]. I need to know if this can be adjusted or remade correctly. I'm hesitant to send anything back given the trouble I've already had. CS Rep: We can absolutely assist with remaking the lenses for the correct bifocal height. Please know we do refund money on all glasses sent for return within 14 days, so we can work towards a solution you're happy with.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
