I was really looking forward to getting them quickly. However, it's been a nightmare. On June 25th I received an email saying the frames had shipped. Two days later the tracking information says a label was created but the carrier still does not have the shipment. There is also no estimated delivery date. This is why I felt compelled to leave a review and ultimately engage in a frustrating conversation with customer service.

I'm extremely frustrated because I paid for express shipping on frames, and it's been days since I got a shipping confirmation email, but the tracking still shows the carrier hasn't even received the package. There's no estimated delivery date either. CS Rep: I understand your frustration completely, especially when you've opted for express shipping. Let me pull up your order for you. Could you please provide your order number? Customer: It's [ORDER NUMBER]. I received an email on June 25th saying it shipped, but two days later, the tracking just says "label created."
