They claim 6 days to produce the glasses, but I highly doubt anyone has ever seen them make good on this promise. Their customer service bot is completely worthless, and I honestly doubt there are any human representatives available. I placed my order well in advance for a trip, thinking it would take a few weeks at most, but that trip has come and gone, and I still have no glasses and no estimated delivery date in sight. I'm incredibly disappointed they mislead customers about actual production and shipping times, which probably originates from China. This egregious delay and lack of communication compelled me to finally try and speak with someone, anyone, in customer service, just to get some answers.
Customer: I am calling about order [Order Number]. I placed it weeks ago, specifically for a trip that has already passed, and I was promised a 6-day production time. It's utterly dishonest, and I'm beyond frustrated. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. I sincerely apologize for the significant delay and the misleading information regarding our production times. Let me pull up your order for you. Customer: This is ridiculous. Your bot was useless, and I've been waiting for weeks with no update. Where are my glasses? Is there even anyone working there, or are these just being shipped from China with no real tracking?
