I placed an order for glasses on February 24th, and despite weeks passing, they never arrived. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. It's incredibly frustrating because I can't get a response for a refund; all I keep hearing is it's "in transit" from an unhelpful bot. I want my $246.00 back—it's my hard-earned money. I felt compelled to leave this review and finally demand a proper conversation with customer service because the automated system made me feel completely scammed with no way to get help.

I sincerely apologize for the delay with your order and the lack of clarity you've experienced. Let me look into this for you right away. Customer: I want my $246.00 back. It's been long enough. I've heard "in transit" too many times from a bot. I need a refund, not more excuses for glasses I never received. CS Rep: I've verified your order status. We have initiated the refund process for your full amount. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. I apologize for the inconvenience and the time it has taken to reach this resolution. Customer: 7-10 business days? After all this waiting for an order that never showed up? This is ridiculous.
