I’m writing this as a warning to save others the trouble I went through. My online shopping experience with GlassesUSA was the most frustrating I've had in a long time. They offer zero visibility into your order status, and their support is trained to give you the runaround. It became painfully clear that GlassesUSA is a terrible business that would gladly rob you of your money if they could get away with it. This constant stonewalling is why I felt I had to contact their support team and ultimately leave this review.
Customer: My order was marked as shipped three weeks ago, but both DHL and USPS confirm they never received the package. Where is it?
CS Rep: I understand your concern. Let me check the status for you. I see it has been dispatched from our facility. Not to worry, please allow another 1-2 business days for the tracking to update.
Customer: That's the same thing your team has been telling me for weeks. It's a scripted response and it’s not helpful. I need to know the physical location of my order now, or I need a refund.
CS Rep: I apologize for the inconvenience. I will have to escalate this and send an urgent request to our delivery team for a full investigation. They will be in contact with you via email.
Customer: So you can't provide any real information either. This is unacceptable. I have documented this entire conversation, just like the others. You have left me no choice but to file a dispute with my bank.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
